Welcome to the McMath Secondary School on-line parent teacher conference booking system. Here, you will be able to create an account and schedule conference appointments for you to meet with your teen's teachers. If you have not done so already in November 2023, please create a NEW account. All families need to create a NEW account for the current school year as the system resets every school year. Please create an account on Friday, April 19, 2024 starting at 6:00 pm.

All appointments will be held in person at McMath. The appointments will be 8 minutes in length with a 4 minute break in between.

Time slots available per teacher are limited. If you are unable to book a time slot, we encourage you to reach out to the teacher directly. Teacher e-mail addresses may be found on the school website under the "Our Staff" tab. http://mcmath.sd38.bc.ca/our-staff 

Appointment scheduling will start at 6:00 pm Friday, April 19, 2024 and end at 4:00 pm Tuesday, April 23, 2024 for Wednesday conferences and end at 4:00 pm Wednesday, April 24, 2024 for Thursday conferences. You will find the system very easy to use and it will take only a few minutes to setup your account and/or your appointments.

Please note, you will need the names of your teen's teachers in order to book appointments.
